Tupac Shakur Murder Suspect Made Deal With Federal Agents

27yrs later, Las Vegas man has been indicted for the shooting of hip hop artist Tupac Shakur. However, the suspected killer “Keffe D” Davis had reached a deal with federal investigators in Los Angeles to speak openly about a number of topics in 2009, including his knowledge of Shakur’s killing.
