Any capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the
Official Rules. By checking the box on the Station website next to the link to this Disclaimer and
entering this Promotion, I also acknowledge that I understand all Official Rules and agree to the terms
and conditions of this Disclaimer.

No purchase is necessary to enter this Promotion and this Promotion is void where prohibited.
I agree on behalf of myself, any heirs and relatives, and any persons acting or claiming by, though, or
in concert with me to fully and forever release, acquit, and discharge the Promotion Parties from any
claims, liabilities, injury, harm, demands, damage, personal or otherwise, demands, causes of action,
liability, cost or expense whatsoever whether contingent, accrued, inchoate, or otherwise (collectively,
the “Claims”) that I may have relating to, directly or indirectly arising out of, and/or in any way related
to the following:

• the Prize, the Official Rules, and/or the administration of the Promotion; • the receipt, use, misuse, delivery, pickup, enjoyment, and/or lack of enjoyment of the Prize;

• the use, publication, distribution, reproduction, or display of my name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, voice, image, or other likeness, and/or any other information or Data, including any UGC, that I included with my Entry to the Promotion or that I may need to submit to participate in or continue participating in any Promotion;

• any Special Activities, any travel, or any other activities I may engage in to participate or continue participating in the Promotion;

• the announcement of my winning or moving forward in the Promotion;

• any other activities I may need to engage in for the Promotion; and/or,

• any other activities of the Promotion Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes, including the negligent acts, willful misconduct, or omissions of the Promotion Parties. In the event this Promotion allows Participants to nominate Nominated Parties, the Participants acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Participant hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Promotion Parties from any Claims arising
from any Nominated Party and/or any third parties in connection with any information provided
by the Participant about the Nominated Party, including any UGC, Data, or Third Party Data;

• Station reserves the right to disqualify any Participants who cannot or refuse to furnish any
Releases from any Nominated Parties or the Participant that the Station deems necessary, in
its sole and absolute discretion; and,

• the Nominated Parties, and not the Participants, may receive any Prize associated with the
Promotion.
